About Us

Rhythm Fusion Dance came about in 2004 when I set out to create an environment where everyone who loves to dance and perform could find a home, regardless of age, experience, and all other measures.  Our goal was always to be a source of fun and entertainment for the audiences that come to see us perform as well as for our participants.  We are not a competitive company, so there is nothing to lose here, but much to gain:  our dancers gain strength, poise, confidence, the benefit of athletic movement, and exposure to many unique dance styles.  We have incorporated dance from nearly every form and genre around the world into our classes and performances.  We take the "fusion" in our name very seriously, and liberally use any and all genres of dance to add texture and fun to our dances and acts.  Our goal is not to be the most proficient or skilled dancers--there are studios on every corner who aim to do that--but we aim to be the most entertaining. Another way we set ourselves apart:  We make movies and music videos in conjunction with Chicken Circle Productions, which are featured at our yearly show.  Rhythm Fusion does not have recitals, we have live performance and video feature Events!!

Not everyone who loves performing has a competitive nature, and that is where we stand apart.  Our small environment makes everyone who is here a part of our family and we are always open to the sharing of creative ideas from our performers, because we know the next generation of choreographers and directors are right under us and we love to watch them grow into their potential.
